The Woodland Homeowner's Commitee and neighbors welcome you to your new home and neighborhood.
Woodland Homeowners Association (HOA) encompasses the additions of Woodland Hills South and Woodland Meadows.
The Woodland Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1980 shortly after each addition began development.
Woodland HOA Goals:
- Promote community spirit and identity.
- Maintain and support neighborhood property values.
- Promote a safe and secure neighborhood.
Woodland HOA Purpose:
- Strive to maintain, enhance and improve the quality of the Neighborhood.
Each addition has a Deed of Dedication which outlines the do's and don'ts of what can be done on and with your property. A copy of the Covenents for your new home can be found using the links on the home page of this site or the the followng Woodland South or Woodland Meadows.
The purpose of the association is to protect and enhance the value of all the property we own. Some of the things we have done in the past are as follows:

Collected funds for the installation of the fiberglass streetlight poles. The city would have put up the utility pole type lights.

The apartment projects that our developments were a major challenge. We fought for and got many changes to the layout of the complexes so as to have minimum impact on the adjacent homes.
